Early Drama
Lights out – and Pin pounced.
The Mercedes driver launched hard from P2, drawing alongside Weug into Turn 1 and grabbing the inside line.
Weug braked deep, tried to hold it around the outside, but Pin stayed planted. Lead gone.
Behind them, Lloyd, Chambers and Felbermayr went three-wide through Turn 3.
Lloyd came out ahead, determined to redeem her Race 1 penalty.
Yesterday’s winner Lia Block didn’t get the same fortune.
She brushed the barrier at Turn 7 after light contact with Nina Gademan and dropped to the rear by Lap 4.

Settling the Pace
Once clear, Pin controlled the tempo.
Her lead hovered around two seconds as Weug shadowed every apex, saving tyres and watching for mistakes.
Lloyd kept third but spent the opening stint defending from Chambers.
Both McLaren and Haas looked strong in the middle sector, trading purple laps through the flowing corners.
Further back, Palmowski was fighting hard.
After a tough Saturday that included two wall taps, the Red Bull driver started 18th and charged to P12 before a snap of oversteer through Anderson Bridge sent her wide.
Race Recap – Rain and Reshuffle
Lap 10. Rain spots on camera lenses.
Campos called Palmowski in for wets first, hoping for a downpour.
Moments later, Nicole Havrda hit the wall at Turn 14.
Safety Car.
Field compressed, leaders under pressure.
Mercedes radioed Pin to pit — too late.
She was already past the entry and committed to slicks.
Weug stayed out, ready to attack on the restart.
The Chase
Three laps to go.
Track slick, spray rising.
Pin nailed the restart but the Ferrari had momentum.
Through Turn 6, Weug closed in. Turn 7, she lunged.
Side by side, nose ahead by inches.
The move stuck.
She was through.
From there, it was execution. Every corner clean, every exit precise.
Lloyd held off Chambers for third, Felbermayr close behind in fifth.
Midfield Voice
Alba Larsen finished sixth after a quietly strong run.
Gademan and Chong took points again for PREMA and MP Motorsport.
Joanne Ciconte kept ART in the top ten, and Courtney Crone scored her first point of the year in P10.
Palmowski missed out by seconds after her wet-tyre gamble failed to pay off.
Block recovered to P12, carrying pace but no luck.
