Here’s How to Book the Belgian Grand Prix Without Losing Your Mind

Spa has been on my personal bucket list for years. It’s the kind of place you grow up watching, dreaming of seeing in person. I can’t make it this time – life, money, timing, but that doesn’t mean you can’t. So I thought I’d share what I found while pricing it all up, just in case you’re still thinking about going.

So if your thinking about pulling the trigger on a spontaneous trip to the Belgian Grand Prix? You’re not alone. Spa-Francorchamps is one of the most iconic circuits in Formula One. With its forest backdrop, rollercoaster layout, and unpredictable weather, it’s a proper bucket-list race. But with just days to go, how do you actually get there, get in, and not blow your savings?

Here’s your step-by-step guide to getting it done, with real options, real prices, and a few hard truths.

🎟️ Booking Your Ticket: What’s Still Available

If you’re still looking to get to Spa, there are two main options worth considering — P1 Travel and Seat Unique.

P1 Travel offers a range of official tickets and bundles:

  • Sunday-only GA ticket: €173 (~£150)
  • 3-day weekend GA: €249 (~£215)
  • Grandstands: From ~€350–€500 depending on location
  • VIP hospitality: Available but extremely limited and expensive

They also provide hotel packages with breakfast and shuttle options — ideal if you want to book everything in one place.

✅ Tip: Many fans on Reddit and F1 travel groups have used P1 Travel with e-tickets delivered reliably and direct support if needed.

Meanwhile, Seat Unique is a great choice if you’re going for something more premium:

  • Gold 9 Grandstand Sunday ticket: £465
  • Ardennes Club Gold (3-day): £1,999 per person (includes food, drinks, and grandstand access)
  • Trackside VIP Business Tower (3-day): £3,499 per person
  • F1 Pitlane Access: £6,485 per person

The Ardennes Club Gold package includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, beer, wine, coffee and soft drinks, and is located under the Gold 2 Grandstand with trackside views and live feed screens.

Unlike P1 Travel, Seat Unique focuses solely on race day tickets and hospitality. You’ll need to arrange your own accommodation and transport separately. These are high-end experiences, but if this is a once-in-a-lifetime trip, Seat Unique has some of the most exclusive race day access still available. P1 Travel has official General Admission and Grandstand tickets still available for Spa. It’s one of the few trusted sites still showing live availability this close to race week.

  • Sunday-only GA ticket: €173 (~£150)
  • 3-day weekend GA: €249 (~£215)
  • Grandstands: From ~€350–€500 depending on location
  • VIP hospitality: Available but extremely limited and expensive

P1 Travel also offers hotel bundles and shuttle options for those wanting a single checkout process.

✅ Tip: Many fans on Reddit and F1 travel groups have successfully used P1 Travel with e-tickets delivered smoothly and direct support if needed.

🏨 Example Package: Crowne Plaza Maastricht + 3-Day Ticket

That’s €755 per person, covering both your race ticket and hotel.
